What is MG007?

We are an eCommerce platform that specialises exclusively in selling phone cases and accessories. Our passion for sourcing and providing the best products is that as a customer you have the guarantee for a seamless experience and will receive high quality original products.

How do I order?

Ordering through our site is simple. Once you’ve chosen the product/s you want, simply go to your cart and you’ll be taken through a few simple steps - provide delivery address, payment information and then confirm your order.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept most major credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal. All payment transactions are secure and encrypted. You can rest assured that no credit card data is stored.

Do I need to sign up?

Sign up is not mandatory, you can order without signing up or logging in. If you would prefer your information stored for future use, then you can register an account and then login so you can easily access your personal information for future usage.

When do I get my order?

Our standard shipping times are 7 - 21 working days within Europe (and 5 - 21 working days within the UK as our domestic market). However, shipping times may vary depending on the local carriers. Here are some indicative shipping times for the major geographic areas:

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide but reserve the right to change our delivery policy.

How do I return an item I bought?

We have a standard 30 days refunds and exchange policy which mean that you can return any item, assuming that you do so in its original packaging, and we’ll send you a refund. Shipping costs for returned items will be at your own expense and we’ll deduct any shipping costs for return shipping from your refunded amount. For items purchased as gifts we will issue the gift receiver with a gift credit to the value of the returned item. Please refer to our Refunds Policy for further information.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, it might take up to 5-7 working days to process your refund and for it to show in your credit card statement. We cannot give you specific times about how long it  might take to process and issue a refund or substitute an item that you have returned. We endeavour to process all such requests as quickly as possible, however during busy periods such as Christmas you might experience some delays.

Do you offer replacement or exchange of items?

Yes, we do. Any damaged or substandard/defective item will be replaced with the same item if available. If the original item is out of stock, we’ll contact you and offer you a similar item or a refund. Shipping costs will be covered by us for damaged and defective items.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees for the products you sell?

All warranties or guarantees are subject to the specific manufacturer’s policies. If you have an issue with an item after using it, you will have to contact the manufacturer according to the instructions on the packaging.

How safe is my credit card information?

We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that the credit or debit card information you provide to us is secure. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., one of the most reputable eCommerce platforms. When you make a purchase and provide us with your credit or debit card details, all data is stored by Shopify and encrypted. Please read more detail about security in our Privacy Policy.

How do I get notified about special offers or new products?

We want to make sure you are always up to date with the latest releases and sales on our site. Simply sign up for our news by entering your email at the field provided at the bottom right of every page of our site.

My order it looks different than the picture shown on your site?

We make every possible effort to publish high quality images of our products in the online store so that the colours and overall shape will be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will show you an accurate representation of the colours. The price has changed, can I purchase the product at its original price?

Some of our products may have limited quantities, therefore will only be available at a certain price until stocks last. If you have seen the price of a certain product go up, then it might be due to the original quantity being sold out. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information on prices and stocks.

Can I leave feedback?
